"From the moment we arrived the staff were polite, well presented and cheerful. We checked in quite late in the evening and the lady at reception arranged for the kitchen to be informed that we would like to dine as it was getting close to final orders. The room was clean with a large comfortable bed. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order and kept us fueled for our day of sightseeing. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were glad to have chosen an independent establishment to brighten a bleak January weekend away. We would highly recommend this hotel and the relaxed professional service of all the members of staff we encountered during our stay. We hope to return in the future."
